Upon booking, you will receive a comprehensive digital itinerary tailored to your chosen route and travel dates. This includes a detailed day-by-day driving plan with distances and estimated times, a curated list of stops (scenic viewpoints, historical sites, restaurants, and hidden gems), offline-capable maps, and practical tips such as parking advice and fuel station locations. Higher-tier packages also include accommodation recommendations or pre-bookings, dining guides with dietary notes, and access to our support team during your trip.
Absolutely. The Wanderer package is delivered as a final plan, but you are welcome to request minor adjustments before we send it. The Explorer package includes one full revision round where you can swap stops, adjust the pace, or change your start point. The Odyssey package offers unlimited revisions right up until your departure date — and even on-the-fly changes while you are on the road, handled by our concierge team.
For the Wanderer and Explorer packages, we provide carefully researched recommendations at different budget levels so you can book directly with providers. This gives you full control over your spending. For the Odyssey package, we handle the entire booking process for both accommodation and vehicle hire, working with our network of trusted partners to secure the best rates and availability. All Odyssey bookings are confirmed before your departure.
We recommend booking at least four weeks before your intended departure date to give us time to craft a thorough itinerary. For Odyssey packages, six to eight weeks is ideal because accommodation at boutique properties can fill up quickly, especially during the summer months (June through September). That said, we have turned around Wanderer packages in as little as five working days for spontaneous travellers.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your trip start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus a €25 administrative fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as significant planning work will have been completed. For Odyssey packages, third-party bookings (hotels, car hire) are subject to the cancellation policies of those providers, which we will communicate to you at the time of booking.
Yes! Road trip packages make wonderful gifts. When you contact us, simply let us know that the trip is a gift and we will issue a beautifully designed digital gift voucher that you can present to the recipient. They can then get in touch with us to choose their dates, preferred region, and any special interests. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
